Satat Jivikoparjan Yojana Bihar – Job Scheme for Liquor Brewers
The state government of Bihar has launched a new job scheme named Satat Jivikoparjan Yojana for the poor families who were depended on liquor and toddy sale. Nitish kumar government had banned all type of liquids in the state so a huge number of families got unemployed. Now the families who were engaged in the selling of liquor and toddy will be provided job under a new scheme Satat Jivikoparjan Yojana Bihar.
Details of Satat Jivikoparjan Yojana Bihar
The cabinet has approved this scheme in the month of April and CM launched this scheme on 5th August, still all the details have not been revealed by the government but a brief is given below.
- Basically this scheme is for the families who were traditionally connected with the production of liquor ad toddy in the state.
- Almost 1 lakh families will be given employment under this scheme at its initial stage.
- The families who belong to scheduled caste, schedule tribes and other communities will also be added under Satat Jivikoparjan Yojana.
- This scheme is launched after a survey in which the government finds that the economic conditions of the liquor production connected families turned weak after the prohibition so they were not having any alternative employment.
