Madhya Pradesh: Government of MP Released a New Scheme to give help to Farmers. The Scheme Name is Mukhyamantri Solar Pump Yojana. This scheme will be benefited to all farmers of the state.

How will FarmersBenefited?

1. Under this ambitious scheme Central Govt. & MP Govt. would provide 90% donation to farmers to install solar pump in the state. Govt. would provide Solar Pumps in those areas where electricity not available under 300 meter.
2. Also such areas, there water availability more necessary to agriculture like Kela of Burhanpur. In another words, which type area, there water pumping is very needful.

Steps to Apply forMukhyamantri Solar Pump Scheme

1. Citizenz Go to Website of Solar Scheme:- www.mprenewable.nic.in, www.mpcmsolarpump.com
2. This scheme has been announced under budget 2016-17 which has approved by Shivraj Singh Chauhan now. This scheme will be very helpful to those areas, there are no source of electricity connection. Govt. would provide electricity pump connection for these type areas.
3. Under this scheme, state government had given Rs. 7900 crore rupees to distributing companies.
4. As well as, Under this scheme govt. will give also subsidy on solar pump connection up to Rs. 76 Crore.

How to Get Benefitsof this Scheme

1. To take advantage of this scheme area should be away more minimum 300 meter distance.
2. Under the scheme, farmers need to give Rs 14000 annually.
3. Govt. will give 5 Horse Power Free Electricity to SC/ST farmers .
4. While permanent combination farmers will get subsidy according to Rs. 1.75 per unit.
5. The power consumption of the farmers is more than 1500 units per SP by the Regulatory Commission and the benefit of this scheme will be available.
