www.nulm.gov.in - National Urban Livelihood Mission under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana 2017

Jharkhand Government has started Rastriya Shahri Aajivika Mission under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana. This mission will be started with the help of Urban Development & Housing Department, Jharkhand Government Training Providers. Skill Development Free Training Programs will be run under Rastriya Shahri Aajivika Mission. Poor & Unemployed youth of Jharkhand state will get free coaching. Which will help them to get employment opportunities.



What is Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana 2017?

Main motive of this yojana is to support financial weaker sections of state. This yojana had a budget of Rs. 500 Crore. It will cover 4,041 villages & cities. In other words we can say that it will be implemented in such areas.

Introduction of Skill Development Free Training Programs

This yojana had a motive to run skill development program to provide free skill development programs to needy youth of state.

Rastriya Shahri Aajivika Mission

Here are some highlights of this mission, explained below:

Educated/ Uneducated people & students studying in 8th – 12th standard will be eligible to avail benefits of this mission.

If any person wants to starts his/her own business, then they will be supported financially.

Help will be provided to them to get loan for such purpose from banks.

Under Rastriya Shahri Aajivika Mission eligible candidates can choose any course according to their requirement.
