Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyaan on 9th Date of every Month

Many maternity benefit schemes has been launched for pregnant ladies in Haryana. Now Manohar Lal Khattar, Chief Minister of Haryana has launched “Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyaan” to provide better medical facilities to all pregnant women. This yojana has been launched under Haryana Ek Haryanvi Ek, National Health Mission, Health Department, Haryana. Under this a campaign will be started for all pregnant women.

Features of Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyaan

This campaign will be organized in Government Health Centers in Haryana.

Campaign will be on 9^th date of every month.

In case of any public holiday/holiday (on 9^th date) this campaign will be held on next day (10^th date).

Facilities to be given under this campaign

Following facilities will be given all pregnant women, explained below:

Required test

Here are some tests that are necessary for a pregnant women:

Blood Test

Urine Test

Check Blood Pressure

Hemoglobin Test

Ultrasound Test

Check up by Doctors

Necessary medicines

Referring facility to high risk full womb women to General Hospital.

“Dial 102” ambulance facility to take pregnant women to government hospital.
